El equipo humano es la gran fortaleza de nuestro Refugio.<br \/>\nHa de ser:<br \/>\nDesinteresado: El voluntario no persigue ning\u00fan tipo de beneficio ni gratificaci\u00f3n por su ayuda.<br \/>\nIntencionado: El voluntario persigue un fin y un objetivo positivo (buscar un cambio a mejor en la situaci\u00f3n del otro) y leg\u00edtimo (el voluntario goza de capacidad suficiente para realizar la ayuda).<br \/>\nJustificado: Responde a una necesidad real del beneficiario de la misma.
